Expected results

Taking into account planed activities in the Local Agents for the custody and government of the territory Duero-Douro (TERRITORIA.NET), the expected results in each one as follows:

 

1st Result: Gain at least 22 Local Agents for the custody and government of the territory Duero-Douro.

Activities

1.1. Celebration of 2 Days of awareness for representatives and people in general belong to Spanish villages, members of the EGTC Duero-Douro. It is hoped, that at least 150 people in each Day to gain possible motivator agents of the territory.
1.2. Plan of a training programme to Local Agent of custody and government of the territory.
1.3. Give a training course through the virtual platform SITAL, about this virtual tool and possibilities of it. Twenty-two people take part in the training course and during the project implementation.
1.4. A counselling system and assessment of the training programme through the monthly meeting of the network in charge of developing the project.

2nd Result: Creation of a network of Local Agents for the custody and government of the territory Duero-Douro

Activities

2.1. Implementation of a Local Agents of custody and government of the border territory network in the action field of the EGTC territory and identifying it with a name and a logotype. (Basis of the competition, winning logotype)
2.2. Start-up a Local Agents networking through the 22 members joining.
2.3. The thematic net assimilated into other international networking.

3rd Result: Pilot experience in 10 local entities of the EGTC Duero-Douro

Activities

3.1. Design of the pilot experience through the trained motivator agents. (Letter to entities)
3.2. Implementation of the mentioned pilot experience through cooperation agreements with 10 local entities.
3.3. Valuation of the application in situ of the pilot experience implementation.
3.4. Exchange of good practices by the SITAL platform, with other thematic networks of the international character.

4th Result: Exchange of experiences in other areas with similar characteristics

Activities

4.1. Seek entities of local development out the EGTC Duero-Douro field to communicate the project results. Design and edition of posters and flyers of the project to spreading in and out of the territory.
4.2. Design and edition of posters and flyers of the project for spreading in and out of the territory (Poster and flyer project)
4.3. Publication at least 15 pieces of news in mass media on project activities during its implementation.
4.4. Assessment of achieved progresses in each one of participant entities as far as management of call for proposals is concerned, project management, take benefit of autochthonous resources, generation of new activity and employee. (Closing seminar)
